Mexican Flavors and Healthy Recipes with an explosion of tastes,

It’s Tuesday and your looking for something a little more exciting then the traditional American tacos healthy recipes. Try my easy taco Tuesday recipe. You can change it up as you like for the taco fills, however I know you will enjoy my toppings!

  1. Soft Shells or Corn Tortillas: (make sure you heat these up otherwise the flavor isn’t there and it tears easier)
  2. Meat Fillers: You can choose from whatever you like or available in your refrigerator or freezer. *Shrimp (sautéed), cooked chicken, beef, shredded pork, spicy sausage, any fish*
  3. Potatoes: Diced and sauteed in olive oil with salt & pepper cooked add a lid for softness due to moisture
  4. Avocado: Fresh and cut up
  5. Tomatoes: Diced
  6. Cilantro: (garnishment) Very wonderful for a fresh crisp flavors
  7. Red Onion or Yellow Onion: (small and diced)
  8. Mexican Seasoning Mixture: You can buy this mixture from many different brands or make yourself (check out my next recipe for Mexican Seasoning)
  9. Lime: Squeezed fresh juice

Cooked meat and add the seasoning to your liking with flavors, top with cooked potatoes

Top with your garnishments: Avocados, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Onions, Lime Juice

You can’t go wrong with this healthy Mexican Taco recipe! Very easy to make and cheap as well!
