The Prairie Nurse Holistic Herbs & Rosemary Plant
Rosemary Plant Herb Benefits!
A wonderful rosemary plant herb that’s easy to grow in your own kitchen which is also packed full of health benefits is Rosemary! It’s one of culinary favorites throughout the entire year. You can find it in anytime grocery store all year. The best part of the Rosemary plant besides the health benefits and flavor is it can last along time in your refrigerator. In my kitchen there is a spot by the window that is set aside for a few of my loved culinary herbs. Its a cute little setup, I just bought a few small to medium clay pots at the end of the summer months at Lowe’s and received the end of summer discount. I love to add this rosemary plant with my roast, turkey or chicken while roasting in the oven or in a crockpot. Another easy breakfast rosemary plant herb is adding it to your eggs in the morning! Ladies and Gentlemen don’t forget it’s also great for your health health as well. We are so blessed to have this rosemary plant as a herb for many health and food attributes!
