Wild Herbs of Ireland

The wild herbs of Ireland which are plentiful. The wild herb I found to be the most influential for healing is drum role please! The Elder Flower more precious than you would think. The parts used of the plant can be the roots, bark, young shoots, leaves, flowers, flowers so pretty much everything. The Gaelic version of this plant is Ruis.

The amazing Elder flower can be used in so many ways. Its quite amazing what God has provided for us on this Earth we live in. The flower can be infused in water which makes it a wonderful tonic or cleanser of the face. I recommend to include using cotton balls for this tonic due to the softness to your skin.

Other ways is through the process of drinking it as a tea beverage. The tea of the composition of the flower is supposed to help open skin pores and thus promote sweating, making it a great holistic tea for fevers and rheumatism. The bark and root encourages the process of emetic and a diuretic. The result helps with edema of the body.

The tea continues to do wonderful healing properties. This includes high richness in iron thus helps with mostly upper respiratory problems. This includes but not limited to bronchitis, asthma, flu and chest colds.

It’s there for you too if you don’t want over the counter meds for sinus infections, colds and or flus. I went to the store the other day and all the cold medicine had cancerous ingredients! Its very unfortunate that most of the cough syrups are still using the red dyes that have been proven to cause cancers. This is in the children medicine. How can they do this, their is so many other dyes that are not cancerous. There is no reason to use dyes in medicine. Please just leave them clear we don’t need the dyes.

There is much caution with taking anything, large doses of the bark or root causes an increase of inflammation and violent vomiting. As always this is not medical advise, just sharing research. Please talk with your doctor before taking this knowledge into your life for medicine.
