Well, the Prairie Nurse is here to help!

5 Ways To Prepare For the Future Struggle

Your community is going to be the most important aspect to your future. The days of being independent are over, the technology has extremely pulled humanity away from each other in so many ways. This involves using phones to send text messages and not talk over the phone anymore.

The algorithm sends you videos and commercials to persuade you to think a certain way or trigger you on your daily watched videos analysis. This is especially true with politics, my friends get completely different videos than my feed sends me. Its actually quite shocking, by using demographics and our likes. The technology companies such as X, Facebook etc., have so much control and power its super scary.

The second way to get ready is be healthy yourself. What can you do to start this version of health? I would recommend get a health checkup, blood work to see where your bodies current state looks like. This will include blood pressure, heart rate, your weight, low vitamins your missing and much more. After this checkup you can write down the areas for improvement.

The third approach is volunteer in you community. You don’t know what your current state of your local city or town is unless you go where the need is in that area. The local hospital has a great volunteer program, just a warning on this though, is there’s a lot of red tape and possible vaccine requirements. This of course depends on each hospital. My experience is 2 months before Christmas is the prime time for volunteers needed in town. Don’t forget just being helpful to your neighbors is super important.

Know Thy Neighbor!

The days of borrowing sugar from the neighbor instead of running to the store is over. However, it doesn’t have to be we could revive this again in our world. The surprise on your neighbors face would be priceless! If they are like me, that would be something enjoyable helping your neighbor. I haven’t had this happen yet? Yet, is the key word! The Cloud strike of systems going down also included some grocery stores. So, get some extra sugar in your home before its gone again, like during Covid’s dark times.

Fourth, have the basics in your home. This includes sugar, flour, enough water for a month each person in your household, pain medications, allergy medications, toilet paper, wipes, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, vinegar and salt. These are just a few items I have several videos up on my YouTube channel to see more preps.

Lastly, get ready mentally change is coming no matter what. It’s just how it unfolds is the question. Regardless, understanding life will change and when it does structures of how the past was done will no longer work. This all eventually falls in place and the world starts moving again. But, until that just know you have to move and bob and weave the punches which probably will come. The great depression in the 1930’s and wars came, changed the world and continued on with new ways of things being done. It’s just the process of this world so work on being calm and ready for this massive change.
