Best Easy Berry Jam Recipe

Best Easy Berry Jam!

Spring or Summer Time! It's always a great time to make Jam!

Berry Time! Berry Jam! Any Type of Berry Will Do!  

The best part of the Berry Jam Recipe is any kind of berries will do. 

 
 

Some Berry Ideas
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Rhubard

Ingredients:
4 Cups Fresh Berries (see above for ideas)
2 Cups of Granulated Sugar (less if for thinner Jam)
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (Squeezed)

Prep:
Wash, cut berries into small pieces, smash with fork is best.

Cook:
Fruit, Sugar, and Lemon Juice to a pan, still simmer until sugar dissolves

Simmer:
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer uncovered. Important to stir frequently so it doesn't scald. When it thickens, which can take 20 to 40 mins. This just depends on your type pan and elevation.

Storage:
The hot jam next is poured into sterilized jars. Seal tightly. Store in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 weeks. If you want to keep it longer than the jars will need to be water bathed.
