🍀 St. Paddy’s Healthy Green Smoothie
A creamy, mint‑kissed, naturally sweet blend that feels like a holiday treat without the sugar crash.
Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh spinach (or half spinach, half kale for deeper green)
• 1 frozen banana (for creaminess)
• ½ cup frozen pineapple (brightens the flavor)
• ½ avocado (Irish‑cream texture without dairy)
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
• ¼–½ teaspoon pure peppermint extract or a small handful of fresh mint
(This is what gives it that “Shamrock Shake but healthy” vibe.)
• 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
• Optional boosts:
• 1 scoop vanilla protein
• A pinch of cinnamon
